    Under Methods / Ontology Engineering Methods / Term selection and sub-graph definition

    the final sentence of the second paragraph should read:

    "These annotated subgraphs are used to calculate the information contents I of each term, as described below in Calculating information content of a term."

    The first sentence in the section immediately following should read:

    "Once the set of GO terms with information content I greater than tau is selected (Calculating information content of a term, below), the set of all paths..."

    Under Methods / Calculating information content of a term

    the text immediately following Equation 1 should read:

    "where Pn represents information gained if node n is added to the slim graph, and..."

    Under Methods / Calculating information content of a term

    the text following Equation 3 should read:

    "...is a set of leaf nodes (nodes which have no children)."
