  1. The optimal production was calculated for the wild-type strain and the deletion strains. The constraints are set as defined in Figure 1. The color code quantitatively defines effect of the in silico deletion; red corresponds to 0.0, yellow corresponds to 0-50% of the wild-type production, blue corresponds to 50-100% of the wild-type, and no color coding is illustrated when the production is unchanged from the wild-type.
