Genetic diversity statistics. The statistics evaluate the consistency of three diversity estimators calculated with the manual dataset and two automatically scored datasets assumed to be accurate according to the Ibin criterion (i.e. "RG_2" and "GM_2"). The estimations obtained with the three datasets are compared with scatterplots (RG versus Manual, GM versus Manual and RG versus GM) and linear regressions (displayed as a solid line).
