Breast cancer data, n = 295: Kaplan-Meier survival analysis curve calculated on the full 295-sample breast cancer validation set of van de Vijver et al. [49]. In this analysis, p = 1000, nbest = 50, maxNvar = 15, and cutPoint = 60. Validation set risk scores were predicted using 15 selected genes across 84 selected models. Survival time is given in years; p-value = 3.38e-10 and chi-square = 39.441.
