  1. The typical parameters and values used by Decon2LS for processing data files from the three different instruments are shown. Peaks were required to display a S/N of at least 3, while also being at least 3 times as intense as the background noise. Horn transform is typically performed with the AreaFit function using a threshold fitness score of 0.1 (0 being a perfect match).
