  1. For a given number n of images, random subsets of n plasma membrane and n actin cytoskeleton images were selected and a p-value calculated for the centroid distance statistic and the 3-neighbours statistic. For a given n, the average of 100 p-values is shown. For each n, the percentage of the 100 tests that reported p > 0.05 for the null hypothesis is also shown.
