  1. Results for slide #1. 400-400 corresponds to settings 400 V for the red dye (F635) and 400 V for the green dye (F532), respectively. The percentage of "outlier" spots, P out , is equal to: P out = N out /N with N out being the number of events where a spot is found to be an "outlier" between two successive scans and N = (Nscans -1) × n spots (Nscans is the number of scans in the series and n spots is the number of spots on the slide).
