  1. *A doubly charged spectrum is of high quality if its SQUEST Xcorr score is greater than 2.5, and otherwise it is of poor quality. A triply charged spectrum is of high quality if its SQUEST Xcorr score is greater than 3.5, and otherwise it is of poor quality.
