A full list of gram pairs passing the cut-off value (Number of hits: 8.3) is provided online as a supplementary table. P-values for gram pairs were calculated using z-test by comparing the actual frequency of each gram pair to its corresponding frequencies in 1000 randomized domain-domain interaction data sets.
