  1. Different chicken arrays (column 1) have different gene products represented on them (column 2). Column 3 & 4 shows whether the printed transcripts are linked to a gene (G), mRNA (R), EST or protein. GO in column 5 indicates GO functional annotation linked to gene products represented on these arrays and evd (column 6) indicates evidence code supporting the functional information. The (+) or (-) in columns 3 – 6 indicates presence or absence of the parameter in that specific column.
