Due to the blurred proliferating HC and similarity in intensity of the background and venous structure the detection results have a rather high false positive fraction. The results are 90% sensitivity and 30% FPF for the total HC, and 80% sensitivity and 26% FPF for proliferating HC. Green dots denote the expert groundtruth, circles are the result of our pipeline.
