  1. Dataset A (including species represented by at least two DNA barcodes) was used to describe distributions of pairwise distances, to quantify the proportion of correct matches according to Best Match (BM), Best Close Match (BCM), Neighbor-Joining Tree (NJT) and for ANOVA and regression analyses. Dataset B (including species represented by at least three DNA barcodes) was used to estimate the identification success of All Species Barcodes (ASB).
