Overlapping of putative Cse4-binding sites among three biological replicates in yeast. The Venn diagram was generated from the putative Cse4-binding sites of three biological replicates in yeast [31]. Hypergeometric test shows that the overlapping between biological replicate 1 and 2 is significant at p-value < 0.001 while the other two overlapping are significant at p-value < 0.05.
