The p-values are on the x-axis; the left y-axis shows T(h), while the right y-axis shows the number of genes in common for values of T(h). A dotted line is drawn for the value of T(h max ), equal to 2.51, corresponding to h max = 0.02. In other words for a threshold of being significant of h max , there are 68 features with a p-value ≤ 0.02 that are in common between the two experiments.
