Colony Integrated Optical Density (IOD) is a measure of cell density appropriate for spotted cultures, calculated as the sum of pixel intensities in an area found to contain cells. The Non-Comm. Dev. column indicates whether code development and assessment requires no commercial licenses (such as Matlab). YeastXtract code and executable has not been available for download at its published web address for the past several months.
