Raw and adjusted C_T values are shown for seven primer pairs, belonging to different efficiency clusters. Fold difference is calcuated as the estimated concentration under perfect efficiency, divided by concentration under the adjusted efficiency. The assumption of perfect efficiency can lead to multiple fold inaccuracies in relative expression.
