The profiles are very similar in this case. The arrow indicates a high-level amplification peak located at 11q13, where the array-based profile gives a reduced signal. (B) Three plots of chromosome 14 are also shown for the same cell line. The arrow indicates the high-level amplification at 14q32, which is observed in the rSW-seq and array-based profiles.
