Also included in the table are the 95% confidence intervals for these coefficients, the coefficient of determination, R² and the p-value for the goodness of fit F-test to the linear model. Note that the models are computed using data over those probe sets with mean expression greater than 6 in order to avoid analysis with noisy or low expression genes.
