Minimum Kolmogorov distances for randomly selected MAQC-I Affymetrix datasets (refA,..., refD) as well as for normal (pseudo) random samples (50000 Monte-Carlo replications). Only probe-sets with a considerable number of probes are depicted. The boxplots show that the data is in good agreement with the normal location and scale model.
