Box 1: four no template control peaks of 64, 70, 76 and 82 bases, respectively. Box 2: a 94 base pair ligation control peak. Box 3 and 4: larger peaks in the first half than in the second half of the sample trace. Box 5: peak heights are noted on the y-axis
