The size of the circles indicates the estimated significance of the main effects. For instance, the largest circle for ER means that the 0.9 posterior quantile does not contain zero. Correspondingly, the line-width of the interactions (blue lines: 1st-order, reddish triangles: 2nd-order) indicates their significance.
