Cluster Reordering. Due to non-deterministic components of many clustering algorithms, similar clusters are not always found in the same relative order, thus making visual comparison more difficult. Here we have used a measure of cluster similarity [3] to reassign cluster colorings, making such analysis easier. (a) and (b) Before and after recoloring, respectively.
