A JavaScript example. The figure shows a part of an example JavaScript script opened in the JavaScript editor. The visible rows of the script defines two lists of barcodes and a key for a certain concentration of Melfalan. It then calls functions defined earlier for retrieving the data series from the database and for performing a t-test on the data. Notice also how the Bioclipse funtionality for downloading a JavaScript script from myExperiment by the JavaScript console in Bioclipse has been used.
