Using Gebiss we show that both bchs null mutant combinations of bchs58/Df(2L)clot7 and homozygous bchs58 have a reduction in the brain volumes of third instar larvae, when compared with the background genotype YW brains as a control. aThe difference in brain volume of Genotype 2 in comparison with Genotype 1 as the reference control.
