[29] is shown; annotated concepts are highlighted in red by pressing the space-bar. On the right are the mutation annotations. Papers discussing the same mutation are listed, with links to PubMed. A short literature-based summary of the effects of this mutation is provided, together with links to GPCRDB pages giving details of other mutations at the same position, and to a YASARA [30] scene, in which the mutated residue is highlighted and displayed with the mutant residue type. Information about the wild-type residue is also provided, which is identical to the information displayed for residue annotations.
