In the 'Advanced search' form of Dr. PIAS, 1) input ' "lung cancer" ' in the 'KEGG/PID PATHWAY' box, 2) check the 'lung tumor' box in the 'expressed in..' part of the 'UniGene gene expression (Health State)', 3) select the 'solved' radio button of the '3 D structures of protein complexes', 4) select the 'human' from the 'species' pull-down menu, and 5) select the 'Draw PPI network' radio button.
