The label in the orange box gives the sub-tree level. Grey taxa labels and lines indicate five sequences that have been tagged for removal by editing the sub-tree. Actions in the sub-tree have been mapped back to the parent tree by using the Refresh button. At the end of a Remove/Restore session, the user can Save these actions and switch to Keep actions. If no further editing actions are performed, sequences corresponding to black labels in the tree will comprise the edited dataset.
