Network statistics in drug upregulated biological process-side effect network. Figure 6A shows the relationship between side effects and the total number of connected drugs in upregulated processes. The range of the total number of drugs is 1 to 26. It shows that 49 side effects occurred with only 1 drug, and 26 drugs caused nausea. Figure 6B shows that most scores of relations (about 88%) are less than 0.5. Half of relation scores are less than 0.2. Further, only 543 relation scores are greater than or equal to 0.5. This means that many significant processes are not over-represented among drugs. Therefore, a threshold needs to be determined to show which processes are highly related to which side effect (Table 2)
