(c) CCR1 is regulated by numerous regulators in the causal network. CSA identified 14 potential active regulators of CCR1 in the adipose tissue (red). CCR1 is a regulator that can regulate several downstream regulatees (blue); at the same time, CCR1 is also regulated by many other regulators. These regulators regulate each other and also CCR1's regulatees.
