H_HCV represents the human proteins that are known to interact with HCV proteins. For each HCV protein, the number of H_HCV in a training set was computed by $N_{i} = N (T r a i n i n g) \cdot \frac{N (T_{i})}{N (T o t a l)}$ , where T_i is the i- th HCV protein.
