The separate channel p-values are shown in black at 100% and 50% MCF7. The other methods are shown at 100% only. This shows that the separate channel analysis at 50% MCF7 is more powerful than the other methods at 100% MCF7. The log-ratio analysis with variance regularization is more powerful than maanova and the mixed model, but less powerful than the separate channel analysis with variance regularization, although the estimated efficiency gain for the latter is only 2.5%.
