  1. The statistics are updated at each run or modification of any part of the pipeline. They are included in the final HTML protocol generated by Pyleaf. F-nodes are nodes whose output is written in one or more files on the disk. The total required time is estimated by summing up all the time required by single nodes, since they are usually ran across different sessions. Documentation for each node includes also source code, which is not reported in the Table. In the original document the file names are hyperlinked with actual files on the disk.
