This table lists the AUC-ROC and AUC-PR values obtained for the prediction of regulations between $G_{A}$ and $G_{B}$ for bagged MLNs and bagged pairwise SVMs, with notations given in Tables 2 and 3. These results were obtained using asymmetric bagging with 30 samples on the set R₂.
