  1. Non-DE and DE genes obtained from qRT-PCR data with high certainty are mapped to Exon arrays and Affymetrix U133 GeneChips. Exon arrays obtain 305 corresponding genes and U133 GeneChips contain 656 related probe-sets. The symbols “+” and “-” stand for up- and down-regulation in UHRR, respectively.
