A Venn Diagram shows that some DiGs correlate to a complex or complexes found at only one of the three protein information sources (24 DiGs when using n-ary data, 25 for regenerated complexes and 20 for binary interactions between the DiG proteins). At the same time, it can be seen that some DiGs are significantly similar to complexes found in more than one of the three protein interaction information sources.
