  1. Number of best matches to DiGs per source database. 3 different databases contribute with regenerated complexes that happen to match at least one DiG. BioGRID is the main contributor to this group of complexes. The table shows that the process of regenerating potentially spoke-represented complexes may be important to detect information on protein groups matching DiGs.
