A common user interface is used to (a) interactively adjust segmentation parameters and display the resulting cellular outlines, (b) dynamically compose and display multi-channel fluorescence images, (c) visualize and compare results of object detection, (d) overlay display of extracted feature values on top of original images, and (e) browse and compare images from different wells.
