  1. Results for 21 small (size < 100), medium (100 < size < 200), and large (size ≥ 200) sized proteins. The sequences are taken from [8–10] (S, F and R instances) and CASP competition (others). The results are calculated over 50 different runs with identical settings for each algorithm; duration of each run is presented in last column. The bold-faced values are the winners in respective rows. Column LB-FreeE presents the lower bounds of free energy.
