Discovery of order-preserving biclusters with symmetries. For each iteration the sign of expression of every row (or column) is coherently aligned in order to guarantee the consistency of signs for a target column (or row). Illustrating, x₂ and x₃ vectors were multiplied by -1 factor to guarantee the consistency of signs for y₁ column. The target biclustering approach is then applied over this revised matrix. Iterations end when all the sign combinations have been covered.
