Two classes of deviations of predictive performances estimated with cross-validation with respect to those of blind. Predictive performances are in AROCs for the three predictive methods. The width of the band is set at values +/- mean of absolute differences between blind and cv_gs of SMMPMBEC: mean(abs(cv_gs - blind)). Data points classified as ‘large deviations’ are highlighted in red.
