Fully Registered 3-D Montage with 5 Channels. This image has been reconstructed and rendered using the 3-D view window with adjustments made in the transfer function interface in Figure 5. The channels are: blood vessels (red), cell nuclei (dark blue), neural stem cells and astrocytes (green), oligodendrocytes (yellow), and migrating neuroblasts (cyan).
