  2. Number of raw SNVs as well as the number of called SNVs from the Q30 metric [29] and the Platypus’ final output. The Dd2 and 3D7 parents were compared to the 3D7 reference sequence from PlasmoDB v9.1, and then the drug resistant samples were compared to their respective parent. Results were compared to SNVs found by microarray or Sanger sequencing to assess sensitivity and specificity.
