From: Data-driven discovery of seasonally linked diseases from an Electronic Health Records system
Pre-processed and row-normalized monthly incidence for 227 codes with periodic signal. Each row is a disease, and each column a month over 10 years. Thus, boxes in a row represent incidence of that disease for each month, with red signifying elevated incidence and green decreased incidence. Two main clusters stand out: diseases that occur in the summer (top), and those that occur in winter.
