PDB IDs and protein names are given for each complex along with I-S values (numbers in parenthesis represent (P%-NP%), the interface polarity abundance). The electrostatic potential images of class A complexes show that the interface of chain A and of chain B have same charges (similar colors), suggesting electrostatic energy may not favor protein binding in class A complexes. The electrostatic potential images of class B complexes show that the interface of chain A and chain B have opposite charges (different colors); suggesting electrostatic energy favors protein binding in class B complexes.
