  1. True and false positive rates averaged over 10 cross-validations for selected R-values in the case of the three branches, fourth order E. coli model. The FP rate is measured as the average fraction of ORFs (with lengths greater than or equal to 20 codons) in one megabase of double-stranded random sequence scoring lower than the given R-value. The TP rate is measured as the average fraction of ORFs in data set T scoring lower than the given R-value
