Optimized calibration results for BT-474_01 data This scatterplot shows LOWESS calibration after optimized choices of f k have been obtained for all print-tips. Compared to the results in Figure 4, the normalized data here has less overall variance. In addition, genes that have been verified experimentally conform in better agreement with the well-known biology.
