The aligned region corresponds to the first 181aa's of the 192aa Human Rac3 protein. Protein sequences are labeled by gi# (or ensemble# for Frup). Asterisks (*) indicate globally conserved residues. Subfamily motifs associated with negative vector values are denoted with an "a" suffix (e.g. 350a).
