Two-dimensional Isomap models were generated from 86 human U133A high density oligonucleotide arrays with 22,283 genes on each array as described in Systems and Methods. Panel A shows an overview map of the Isomap model. Arrows point to the directions of the monocytic and granulocytic differentiation. Panels B, C , and D are zoomed in regions of panel A. Panel E shows Isomap analysis of the monocytic and neutrophilic differentiation markers as described in Systems and Methods. Neighborhood size k: = 4.
