The first column σω_m is the average measurement error, the second σ_s is the spot variation, and the third σ_c is the channel variation. The fourth column is the median fold-change, exp [(ζ_1j - ζ_2j) ln(2)], between the two channels. The last column is the ratio of median fold-change to median fold-change for concentration 1.
