Topological feature of the module network. This plot illustrates the dependence of the clustering coefficient on the node's degree. The horizontal axis is node's degree, and vertical axis is the average of clustering coefficient of the nodes which have same degree. Clustering coefficient of node i is defined as C i = 2n i /k i (k i -1), where n i denotes the number of links connecting the k i neighbors of node i to each other. Black dots represent the binning node according to the C(k) average in each power of 2.
